Small wasp with an elongated body. Black and white head and thorax with long black antennae. Front two pair of legs yellowish orange with white near where they connect to the body. Hind pair of legs more orange with white on the last section. Abdomen appears to be banded orange, brown and yellow with white at the tip.
Temperate forest. Gardiner County Park, NY.
