Mergus merganser
A species of streamlined diving duck found in North America and throughout Eurasia in mostly freshwater habitats. Like all mergansers, this species has serrated edges on its bill that act as "teeth" to grip slippery fish more easily. In the first picture, a male and female are shown, with the male having the green and white color scheme.
