Thin white fungus ringed with brown and growing on a fallen log. Some appear to have moss growing over them?

I've found so many like this and I've had trouble narrowing down an identification too. Definitely papery, not really velvety.
Hm, the things I'm finding say they're velvety? These were more papery, I don't recall it looking particularly velvety. It was a cold night though, would cold damage make it not appear velvety?
This may be a fungus called "Turkey Tail" or "False Turkey Tail."
