Description:

Taken at Puerto Villamil on Isabela Island.

Habitat:

Small saline lagoon surrounded by vegetation. This lagoon was in close proximity to the town.

Notes:

Species is not endemic, but populations in the Galápagos are vulnerable to disruptions as there are only about 500 individuals.
