Gray (black) Squirrel

Sciurus carolinensis

This is one of a few black pigmented squirrels in the neighborhood population of mostly gray squirrels.

Suburban lawns and small thickets & parkland.

It didn't care much for the orange sections, but loved the sunflower seeds.
