A small, relatively slow growing palm from Vanuatu, popular as an ornamental. (See it from January 2012 here http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/897... ).
Planted as an ornamental in a semi-urban yard and garden in the equatorial tropics of northern New Guinea.
