Seen in a clump of bushes beside the road on the eastern side of Lake Arenal, Costa Rica.
The leaffooted bug, is a widespread and conspicuous minor pest of many kinds of crops, including fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and ornamentals.

thanks Bayucca. These leaf-footed bugs are confusing. They all look different.
