Ovenbird

Seiurus aurocapilla

Description:

Medium, ground walking warbler, olive-brown upperparts, heavily spotted white underparts. Head has dull orange central crown stripe edged in black, and a white eye-ring. Wings, tail are olive-green. Name is from its covered nest, the dome and side entrance make it resemble a dutch oven.

Habitat:

Ranguana Caye.

A moving target and shade were a problem. That little guy didn't stay still more than a moment.

May I make a suggestion. I think you have many good pictures, but they need a bit of sharpness to be noticed more. I use an Irfanview program that can be downloaded for free. There is a automatic color button that often helps enhance the natural color. It might be useful for you.
