Grayish, spanish moss looking type plant totally covering the trees.

Habitat:

Montane forest, Virunga Volcanos

Notes:

I spotted this while trekking up Mount Sabinyo in Uganda in Mgahinga National Park. The summit of Sabinyo (3669m) is a triborder with Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo. I was in 3 countries at the same time!

Sure wish I could see it better. I really wonder if it's Tillandsia...do they occur in Uganda?
