Description:

It is an oviparous species, and they lay up to 10 eggs. It is an arboreal and diurnal species. It specializes in predating lizards and occasionally insects, frogs, birds and even small mammals. In Costa Rica it is seen on the Atlantic and Pacific slope, from sea level, up to 800 m high.It Is found from Mexico to Brazil.
