Giant leopard moth

Description:

Primarily white - with black spots AND black circles! This one is about 1.5 inches from head to wing tip. Wings are transluscent - but almost transparent toward the tips.

Habitat:

We are near the river.

Notes:

Spotted late afternoon/early evening.
