Green Lacewing

Eremochrysa punctinervis

Description:

Creme colored Lacewing with red-brown stripe across the head at the eye that extends down the abdomen. The wings are translucent.

Habitat:

Lupine in coast sage scrub. This species is found along the western and southern states of the US. Also in Canada and Mexico.
