Also known as a Bullsnake, this Gopher snake was more than 1m long. She was a bit sluggish as the temperature had suddenly dropped during that week.
Found this beauty on my street located right next to an arroyo located in the Chihuahuan desert.

1 meter is not a large individual at all for this species, they get well over double that size :)
