Description:

Male unmarked, dark brown on upper side while female has two small semi transperent yellowish white spots in discal area. Underside has purple gloss over brown with bluish white band across.

Habitat:

Flight is rapid skipping. Very wary, occasionally basks on leaves with partially open wings. Common during monsoon and imidiate post-monsoon months. Also seen in April to June.
