Looks like herring gull

It is definitely a herring gull (Larus argentatus). You can tell by its pink legs. The third picture is also a herring gull but it is a juvenile. Probably second winter by the look of it.

I pity the starfish but its a great moment you captured.
Is the bird in the last pic the same? You should group different creatures as different spottings so that they can be identified uniquely.
