Very small, growing between 21 and 29 mm. Lime green markings.
Eastern Canada and Eastern United States.
Anyone know exactly what type of damselfly this might be? Colors were black, bright green, brighter than this picture shows, and yellow-ish underside.
It may be a damselfly, I'll have to look into it more tonight when I have time. :)
