I think its very similar with following

I think its annular mushroom, seen during wet monsoon weather and environment....!!
We had it in Washington state as well.
I see the same type of fungus coming out of some wood around where I live, same color and everything. Interesting.
If you study past spotting in Fungi....get it..!!
