Description:

About 15cm including tail; yellow with grey head, wings and tail. In this picture it looks all puffed up against the cold winds.

Habitat:

Island (Isla del Sol) on Lake Titicaca, at an altitude close to 4000m above sea level. It can be found throughout the Peruvian Andes into northern Bolivia, preferring altitudes above 2500m.
