Alice and Ashish, thanks for the ID.

I was thinking that a skipper butterfly has to be more like this one http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/645..., with a tail. But the eyes and antenna are very similar.

I think he is a skipper instead of a Moth. He sits like a Skipper and the Antenna is clean. Might check on Northern Cloudy Wing
