Ok.. try them with the eggs.. start with saute-ing the mushrooms (spice them up your way)..butter is good or grape seed oil is best. Add the eggs whole on top of the mushrooms.. cook eggs sunny up and it does not matter if they break up in this case.. good bread is a must here and dunk for the juices/oil/egg. It is well done if the plate/pan does not look like it got used!!!!

Since mushrooms are the only "game" I hunt, I'll have to content myself with eggs and pizza and shish ka bob and...
