Giant Hogweed

Heracleum mantegazzianum

Description:

If spotted DO NOT TOUCH! I'm glad I make a habit of respecting nature and wild life. As it turns out this plant is phototoxic. If the sap comes in contact with your skin and is then exposed to sunlight, it will cause blisters and leave scars. If it gets in your eyes, it could cause blindness. Other than that, this is a beautiful flower! These ones in particular were 8-10 feet tall.
