Round tongued floating frog?

Occidozyga martensii

Habitat:

One was one a lily pad in a pond, the other in a small puddle, but this one was around the temples at Angkor Wat.

Notes:

There are two different Frogs here, apparently the same species, they just look so different to me. One was taken in Kep and the other at Angkor Wat temples. I was speaking to the only Herpetologist in Cambodia and said they were the same. Any Ideas?
