I looked at both of them and it defenetly isn't a Witch's egg, could be a warted Amanita but I couldn't find any good pics that really look the same as my pic.. So I'll leave this one open for a time

I think its a Warted Amanita.

looks like a Witch's Egg to me...wich is the the immature appearance of the Common Stinkhorn.
