I love that website! Beautiful photo and bird, i love raptors! I'm working on getting my federal wildlife rehabilitation license so I can rehabilitate them.

Thank you both for your input! Tracy - when I looked at the photos of the sharp shinned I thought that IT had darker features- weird. I am using allaboutbirds to help with the id. Outdoor Imagery- it was larger than a crow much larger!

I think it is a Sharp-shinned hawk, the cooper's hawk has darker feathers around the neck
