I checked all the details and pictures but I honestly can't tell at all which one it is. They're all very different and the pictures didn't help much.

I think these flower in Jan & Feb in the So. Cal area.

Yes it is, I do have aloe in my garden but its gigantic compared to this one, its completely green and has orange flowers during the year. The flowers seem to grow whenever, but it doesn't seem like these have any.

Boy, that's old growth! Never seen one with a trunk that big. I have seen aloe get yellow-orange in direct sunlight (it tends to green in the shade), but this one is particularly orange.

It looks like a species of Aloe but I've never seen an orange one.
