Thanks! I still never think of wiki as a first check for things like this :)
But that site is sure getting better every time I check for something :)

It always bewilders me that there is so little to be found about the wildlife and plants in this place.
Online at least.
There are a few books, but finding & getting them here is another hurdle.

If it would be spotted in western europe I would say it's a Vagrant Darter (Sympetrum vulgatum, ), but I'm not sure for Kuwait.
