European Red Fox The Fox is a Scavenger and will eat anything including Live stock like Chickens. Rest in underground dug out holes called dens usually constructed from Rabbit Burrows,old Badger Setts or banks under tree roots. Male fox is called a Dog & Female Fox a Vixen.
