Description:

Common fruit tree in this area. Large oval leave, clearly veined, new growth is a reddish-brown colour. Trunks and branches smooth, though with peeling bark as seen in second photo. Bears small, plum-sized fruits at the end of summer (September-October time) which are salmon-coloured inside and yellow skinned.

Wow such a beautiful plant,my grandma used to make a lot of Guava shakes and they were the best!!!!! They are my favorite fruit next to the Passion fruit.
