Black-bellied Whistling Ducks

Dendrocygna autumnalis

Description:

Yep more BBWDs! All the extra rain from Lee flooded the field next to the road to Mandalay Wildlife Trail. The ducks and heron were taking full advantage. Eating, bathing, playing, sleeping. It was a really great sight.

Thanks! The field was so large it was hard to really get a pic of all of them and see them. Lots were laying down or as in the first pic diving down in water. Was funny to see those 5 all turn tail at the same time :P Almost felt like they were mooning me!
