Diplophyllum albicans
The leaves are bi-lobed; apices with many teeth; Dorsal lobe is larger than ventral; each leaf with a defining vitta; no under-leaves; stem dark brown-red; stem underside is heavy with rhizomes. the plant form is mat-like, i couldn't get a good look at the oil bodies. The leaves are succubus.
i found them on a forest road-cut seepage at about 396 m. on a north facing slope.
Like many non-vascular plants, there usually is no common name, so I named it.
