It's definitely not a nymph, it has wings, which indicates that it's an adult. It's not an assassin bug or leaf-footed bug either. Maybe a scentless plant bug or some sort of seed bug or broadheaded bug, I need to look into it some more.
I'm thinking Scentless Plant Bug.
