mushroom

Description:

white stem turning to black, grey cap, black gills, I think photos 5 and 6 are very young specimens of the same mushroom

Habitat:

wet ground

Notes:

I spotted this inside the Blue Ghost tunnel, an old abandoned railway tunnel under the old canal. It was growing in near darkness. I think its a species of Coprinus.
