Description:

Moth nectaring on garlic chives flowers.

Habitat:

Often found in fields on flowers.

Notes:

Range: Southern Canada east of the Rockies, and northern and central United States, southwestward to Mexico. Adults nectar from flowers. Larvae eat lichens.
