You're right. They are similar to Euphorbia but this one is Cereus.

Thanks, I just found this site of Disneyland's plants and they say it's Cereus sp.

This is a Euphorbia. Reminds me of E. trigona, which I have in my indoor plant collection but the ridges near the ribs are throwing me off.
