Agree with S Frazier. It is most likely to be Varanus tristis - and I am leaning towards V.tristis orientalis sub-species, due to bright coloration. However, both sub-species tend to be brighter colored as juveniles so it is not certain from coloration alone. But here is a site I found with good photos of V.T. orientalis. It's a juvenile monitor lizard, Varanus sp. perhaps V. tristis although with pattern on legs and tail, not sure!
