Differential Grasshopper

Melanoplus differentialis

Description:

It's just a grasshopper. Only 1 inch in length. But at least it didn't hop away. A beautiful sunny day to enjoy nature and my little friends. It was cute when it turned around (3rd photo) to check me out before hopping away. HA!

Habitat:

Meadow (property) in the Poconos.
