Native species or introduced? I see there are over 450 species of ladybug in North America and over 5000 species described in the world. Hmmm.
Thanks for the IDs both! I am so disappointed as I wanted to try to find some native species this summer. Both my ladybug spottings are introduced Asian ladybug. Maybe there are no native ones left in my area!
