Red-cockaded Woodpeckers are an American species, and the Brown-fronted Woodpecker has a tawny tuft. This bird looks most like a Stripe-breasted Woodpecker to me. See the last bird in this page:

Looks a little like the rare Red-Cockaded Woodpecker (Picoides borealis), but I'm going for a Dendrocopos Sp. Maybe auriceps (Brown-fronted Woodpecker). Tough to see it clearly enough
