Strange creature, doesn't seems like a moth, fly or a wasp.
It's head is different to that of Stonefly.
It's wings are not as complex as Lacewing.
It's antennas are too short for it to be a Caddisfly.
On second thought, it's antennas have signs of damage, so it must be much longer originally.
Other than that, leg position, wing patterns, is similar to Caddisfly.
