Description:

This Caterpillar is white with thin black lines on the head and body, and broader orange lines along the body alone. The spiracles and true legs are red.

Habitat:

On a leaf , covered in spider web , in the front jasmine bush

Jasmine !?... Maybe it's got lost as not many catties do jasmine. Just at a quick glance I might guess Chlenias sp. (Geometridae) I think some of them are very polyphagic.
