Russula fragilis
The cap of this mushroom is dark red, being darker in the centre of the cap. Also in the centre of the cap there is a depression. In the places where part of the cap was removed, it's possible to see white flesh, that does not change colour when touched. The diameter of the cap is approximately 5 cm. It's a laminated mushroom, and its gills have a fishy smell. In the place where the gills contact with the periphery of the cap it is seen that the gills have a wavy pattern, and are brown instead of white, as in the rest of the hymenophore.
It was growing in the soil alongside with dead leaves. Another similar mushroom was near this one. The forest in which it was growing has mainly oak trees.
