Looks like a Vitelline Masked Weaver (Ploceus vitellinus). I believe the Village Weaver has a black, not green tail. I'm not 100% sure, though.

Welcome to Project Noah Gosia! Your bird is a weaver of the genus Ploceus, maybe a village weaver (Ploceus cucullatus). I hope someone else will be more confident about the exact species.
