they are also some juvenile :)

it's common starling, but they in Winter, it's typical of this birds to be like this positions with small or big groups ! :)

I would say grackle too.

There were flocks of them. Some had a very shiny metallic tinge to them.

The beak seems to have a yellow tinge to it. Eyes are definitely brown or black at this stage.

My other thought was Rusty Blackbird, but the bill is too long.

Can't be sure from these photos, but they look like Common Grackle (Quiscalus quiscula).
