Description:

Leafcutter ants collecting flower buds as well! Their trails were clear paths through the forest, free of all litter and debris. They continue for dozens of meters, going up vertical walls and trees with seemingly little difficulty.

Habitat:

Tropical rainforest on the Iles du Salut, French Guiana. Very common in the old deteriorating prison.
