Hierodula patellifera
These Mantis nymphs seem to be Hierodula patellifera and there was an adult of that species on the same tree at the same time - https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/15........ The adults are much easier to identify and the presence of an identifiable adult almost certainly influenced my identification of these nymphs, but I am reasonably sure that the I.D. is correct.
