Description:

The bearded fireworm, Hermodice carunculata, is a type of marine bristleworm. They have a group of venomous white bristles on each side, which are flared out when the worm is disturbed. (wiki) This bristle worm, was spotted in shallow waters by the Plaka settlement jetty, Crete island, Greece.
