I agree, Chief...Looks like Verditer Flycatcher.
Hi lexh3, these birds are from Joshimath in the Himalaya and I checked the indigo bunting but they are different from this bird. I think this is Verditer Flycatcher (Eumyias thalassinus).
Where did you see this bird because it looks like a Indigo Bunting Bird but those are found in North America
