Another mysterious object, this thimble 'eggshell' are abundant in mango trees and and other ficus sp. in a garden. When opened some were empty some had spider dead inside.

I have seen some of these but never thought of checking the contents?
Chief, I think the spider was food for the larva emerging from the egg.
