It's red in the winter season. It's rough and grows at the front of my school where it's been planted. Probably doesn't need to be watered and smells piney in the summer. It's all year round.

This juniper actually looks like Parsons juniper.. Not much to go on with that picture..
There are so many types of junipers. The picture you have shown looks like the branch is dead. The other green parts look as if they have spider mites..a small mite that sucks the chlorophyll out of the plant making it look faded to tan in color. One juniper that turns bronze to red after a frost is Andorra Juniper. http://www.naturehills.com/product/andor...
