Thanks man. I have a bunch of InBio books already. Next time I go to San Jose I will get some more. In the mean time I made "The Color Blue" mission for the area here in Costa Rica. I appealed to Peter and a bunch of the other rangers to allow this one to go global. i hope I can count on your support...if you are interested. Once again, thanks!!!

I'll try my best to help you out, but I'm not sure I would be able to help get them to the genus level, I don't have enough experience with Costa Rican insects to do that. However, I would suggest checking out some print resources: I know that InBio publishes some great guide books to insects of Costa Rica, and that would help you familiarize yourself with the insects.

Latimeria, I just began taking photos of the mini-bugs here in Guanacaste. I really need a ton of help identifying at least to the genus level. Could you and your entomology friends assist me? This is a call for help. I truly believe in PN premise and for that reason I am putting a ton of effort into documenting here in my zone. The truth is that I don't need to leave my property!

It looks a bit similar to flour beetles in the family Tenebrionidae. I could definitely be wrong though, with how huge Coleoptera is!
